Still no word from Highlife on when Phipps hall is opening

Dingwall class Fri 11-11.45am--men only--community centre-no need to book

and of course Zoom classes on tues and fri am[and recordings of sessions if 9am too early for you]

and /or youtube videos of exercises/and/or word doc describing each session
